Coronavirus Covid-19 booking information

In light of the latest government published 24/06/20 Scottish Government we are now accepting new bookings that have an arrival date on or after 3rd July 2020, with additional cleanliness pre-cautions.

If the current Scottish travel ban is not lifted as expected from the 3rd July 2020, customers may request to transfer their holiday to new dates, free of charges, receive an E Voucher valid for 12 months (Please note there may be an additional rental charge to pay if example the transfer is to a higher value rental week)- or a cash refund

Because of this we are not currently able to accept covid-19 transfer requests, or cancellations for customers travelling after the 3rd July unless the current Government ordered directive continues beyond these dates.

In the meantime we are continuing to follow the advice of the UK government – and will update this page accordingly.

Like all other companies we have no further insight to what the next government position will be, over and above anything the general public knows. So for further information we can only advise to check the GOV.UK website for the most up to date information.
