With fantastic views of the hills, this delightful seaside log cabin is ideally located for exploring the west coast of Arran and beyond, whether that”s by car, bicycle or on foot.

In a tranquil rural location just outside of the Arran village of Blackwaterfoot, this property is just 1 mile from the shops and eateries in the village. Head north to visit Drumadoon Point, the remains of an Iron Age fort or continue to King’s Cave to discover the stories of Scotland’s past. Keen golfers can take to the green at Drumadoon Point while equestrians should visit Cairnhouse Riding Centre while those in search of an adrenalin rush should try abseiling, gorge walking or climbing at Arran Outdoor Centre (15 miles). Meanwhile, walkers will be spoilt for choice between the miles of spectacular coastal and inland trails this diverse island has to offer.

Inside, this welcoming property is modern, fresh and full of natural light. The open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is perfect for entertaining and enjoying relaxed downtime together as a family. At the end of a busy day, rustle up delicious meals in the kitchen area with separate utility room, which is fitted with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, microwave and washer/dryer. The dining table beyond looks out over the verandah, while in the cosy lounge area there are two inviting sofas and a TV for those relaxing evenings in. A spacious king-size bedroom benefits from an en-suite shower room, while two twin bedrooms share a family bathroom with overhead shower.

Outside, a delightful decked area surrounds the chalet, offering the perfect vantage point for admiring the spectacular views with a cup of tea in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. A large communal garden offers plenty of space for family picnics and games.
