Located just four miles from the picturesque and historic market town of Biggar, this welcoming lodge is an ideal base for families and friends looking to explore the Scottish countryside while remaining within easy reach of major cities and renowned attractions.

Bright & Stylish Open-Plan Living

Step inside the traditional wooden lodge to find a bright, beautifully finished open-plan living space designed for relaxing and entertaining:

  • Comfortable Lounge: Unwind by the log-effect fire after a day of hill-walking. The lounge is fully equipped for entertainment with a TV, DVD player, CD player, and a PlayStation 3.

  • Fully Equipped Kitchen: Prepare family meals with ease using the gas hob, electric cooker, microwave, and fridge/freezer. The kitchen also includes a handy dishwasher and washing machine.

  • Dining Area: Share your meals together in the spacious dining area before planning your holiday activities.

    • Restful Bedrooms & Jacuzzi Bathrooms

    The lodge comfortably accommodates up to six guests across three homely bedrooms, all featuring thoughtful touches to help you relax:

  • Bedrooms: Choose from two comfortable double bedrooms and one charming twin room.

  • Main Bathroom: Sit back and soak your muscles in the luxurious Jacuzzi bath, which also features a shower over the bath.

  • Jack-and-Jill Shower Room: A convenient second bathroom, featuring a large shower and WC, is directly accessed from the two double bedrooms.

    • One-Acre Garden, Veranda & Arctic Spa Hot Tub

    The outside space is just as spectacular as the interior, offering total tranquility and stunning scenic surroundings:

  • Outdoor Dining: Enjoy al fresco meals on the large decking area or relax under the south-facing covered veranda with comfortable seating.

  • Arctic Spa Hot Tub: Soak under the stars in the luxurious 6-person Arctic spa hot tub. (Please note: Use of the hot tub is an optional extra charged at £100 per week or £70 for a short break, payable directly to the owner).

  • Children’s Play Area: The sprawling one-acre garden features outdoor play equipment to keep younger guests entertained.

  • Ample Parking: The property includes private off-road parking for four to five cars.

    We warmly welcome families to our peaceful retreat, but please be aware that the natural, secluded garden features a pond and a stream. Care and supervision are required at all times with young children to ensure everyone has a safe and wonderful holiday.

    Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
